Little Rascals is situated in the leafy suburbs of Aldridge in a converted 1930’s Print house and boasts almost ½ an acre of outdoor play space. The nursery is a 10-minute walk from the village and has bus links to Walsall, Lichfield and Brownhills making it a very popular setting. The setting has been supporting children aged 3 months- 4 years since 2004. High quality care and education is provided by a well-qualified team led by experienced managers.
The nursery is split into age groups and has beautiful open spaces with one of a kind resources to promote awe and wonder. The setting has an under-two’s space, our Willows room. (click here to see why its brilliant to be a baby at Little Rascals) It has a Younger two’s space called Maples, with open bright airy spaces (Click here to see what our Maples get up to) The setting has separate spaces for the older two-year olds in Sycamores (click here for information on our Sycamores) and the Pre-schoolers in the Oaks space (click for information on our Oaks)
The spaces are bright and spacious and have been recently renovated. The nursery also offers an Atrium, where the children dine together, children use this space for gym and tasty cooking sessions.
The nursery also has an onsite Forest School practitioner, who has the relevant Forest Schools Level three qualification. She runs sessions in Leighswood called Nature Adventures. Leighs Wood is just over the road so children attending get a substantial amount of time there. The Nursery is believed to be the only one in Walsall running forest school sessions permanently (to dive deeper into the woods find more about our Nature Adventures, click here)
